I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to the beach with beautiful gardens, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. However, there were a couple of downsides, such as the noise from a nearby hotel and some minor issues at the spa.
